Roger is the Youth and Young Adult Pastor for Gravity, the youth ministry of Sanctuary Church, Huntington Beach, CA.
Married and a father of two, Roger has been involved in youth ministry for over 9 years and has a deep compassion for today's youth. Roger believes that it is God's desire to use young people to influence their generation.
His background makes him uniquely qualified to lead one of today's most relevant youth ministries. Roger's wife Nicolle, who is the Ministry Director at Gravity Youth, serves alongside him and has been a strong support over the years serving in youth ministry.
Roger and Nicolle live in Orange County, CA with their two children.
