Childrens Pastor for the Spanish Ministry
Arthur Montes is the Children’s Pastor for the Spanish Ministry of The Sanctuary in Orange County, CA.
Arthur is a Veteran of the Armed Forces. He served for 8 years in the U.S. Army and the California Army National Guard as an infantryman and administrative assistant.
Prior to joining the Army, he suffered from severe depression and anxiety that stemmed from a traumatic event in his life. Upon giving his heart to Jesus, he heard the Lord speak to him and since that day, he has not ceased from serving the Lord and following God’s call upon his life.
With over 10 years involved in leadership and ministry experience, Pastor Art continues to preach the Word of God to children. He has a gift of teaching and reaching children in relevant ways. He has trained many volunteers and current Church leaders become teachers in Children Ministry. It his heart to see children filled with the Holy Ghost and operating in the power of God and Christ’s love.
Pastor Art holds a Master Degree in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. He is a Therapist at a non-profit mental health clinic, helping to improve the quality of life of the children and the families he serves.
He currently resides in Orange County with his wife, Karina.
